Terms of Service

AutoRelay is owned and operated by HLP Technologies ("the Company", "we", "us"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and HLP Technologies. Legal correspondence: contact@hlptechnologies.com.

By accessing or using AutoRelay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use AutoRelay for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• -Modify or copy the materials.
• -Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
• -Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software.
• -Remove any copyright or proprietary notations.

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AutoRelay cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

You may not use AutoRelay for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• -Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• -Harassing, abusing, or threatening others.
• -Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• -Uploading malicious code or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

The materials on AutoRelay are provided on an "as is" basis. AutoRelay makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall AutoRelay or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use AutoRelay, even if AutoRelay has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State for any disputes arising from or related to these terms.
